E-Ticket User Guide
  • Login by entering your Oxigen Retailer User Code(Oximall User Code) & Password(Oximall Password)
  • The "Plan my travel and Book tickets" page appears
  • Select your train from the list that appears on the screen
  • If the From/To station selected by you is correctly in the route of the train then
  • The list of trains will be highlighted
  • If you wish to know the route and the timings, click on Show Route
  • If you want to know the availability of seats/berths, click on "Show Availability"
  • To get the fare, click on "Get Fare" button
  • To book tickets, click on "Book Ticket" button
  • Ticket reservation page appears; check whether the train name and the station names displayed on the top of the page are same as desired by you.
  • Enter the names of the Passengers, age, sex and berth preference for each Passenger. The maximum length of Enter the names of the Passengers, age, sex and berth preference for each Passenger. The maximum length for enter the name of passengers should be restricted to 15 characters. If the Passenger is a senior citizen (60 yrs and above) and wants to avail Senior Citizens' concession (30% of Base fare), click the box provided. Senior citizens are requested to carry some proof of age during their journey. A sample form is reproduced below. (The allotment of your required berth depends on the availability)
  • If User wants to book this ticket in the future then he/she Can Save his/her Order by clicking the Save Order button and can see his/her saved order in Quick Book menu where is the facilities to update and book order.
  • Note:The Quick Book will be very helpfull to book your TATKAL ticket in the following steps
    1. Save your order before TATKAL booking start.
    2. Update the QUOTA as TATKAL in the order.
    3. As soon as the TATKAL Booking start search the order in Quick Book menu and select the order.
    4. Click the Book Ticket button and enter your User Code/Wallet No and Password.
  • Merchant has to give the mobile no of the customer while booking the tickets. The passenger will receive an OxiRail Reference No. on his/her mobile, which will be asked at the time of cancellation of Ticket.
  • The ticket details, availability of tickets at the particular time and the fare, including the service charge, appear on the screen, along with the payment options. Follow the instructions.
  • After successful payment and booking of accommodations, the User is shown the ticket confirmation details along with a “Print” Button”.
  • User will receive SMS regarding the book ticket confirmation
  • This is the OxiRail receipt for the customer. .

Cancel E-Ticket

  • If the user wish to cancel his/her e-ticket from 'Cancel E-Ticket' link on the left navigation bar, select the ticket to be cancelled and click on 'Cancel e-ticket' and can initiate the cancellation by selecting the passengers to be cancelled. .
  • User has to enter the Oxirail Reference No. provided at the time of booking of ticket through SMS.
  • Cancelled ticket details will print and customer receive an SMS on his /her mobile.
